Job Description: Event Sales Assistant - Permanent Jewelry Artist/Welder

Part-time/Seasonal with flex hours needed up to 10 hours a week

Available for weekends and must have transportation.

THE RIGHT FIT FOR US: Someone who is outgoing, independently motivated, and ready to learn and take on a variety of tasks within the business. Someone who is outgoing with a passion for people & sales. Our ideal person will be fashionable with a passion for helping style our customers. Building connections with the community & creating long lasting relations with our customers is key. Must have good eyesight, steady hands and be extremely comfortable with technology. Daily tasks include running the iPad and potential using a micro welder.

TASKS TO INCLUDE:

ARTIST & STYLIST POTENTIAL (all training provided)

- Perform the service of permanent jewelry. Must have good eyesight & steady hands. Patience is key as this is an extremely dainty & tiny detail task.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING

- Assisting in or creating displays at events
- Social media content creation at events
- Assist in setting up and tearing down booth display.

SALES

- Assist the owner in running the booth, assisting customers, ringing customers out.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect jewelry
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs & stand for 6+ hours at a time
- Assist in setting up and taking down the tent
- Travel to local markets and events.

WHAT I CAN OFFER: If interested, there is the potential to travel and run events on your own. Monthly jewelry allowance & A hefty employee discount for extras or gifting needs.

PAY: As an Assistant: $20 Hourly + Bonus potential at events

As an Assistant & Welder: $20 Hourly + Commission (and Tips)

AVAILABILITY: We are a mobile boutique but do work at a location in Glen Burnie by appointments. We currently need assistance with events on weekends ( Saturday & Sundays).
